Terms and Conditions


Volare Vacations is a wholesale/tour operator and does not own, manage, control, and/or operate any aircraft/airline, ground transportations suppliers, cruise ships, hotels, lodges, restaurants, or any other suppliers associated with your package vacation/trips.

A deposit of $ 300 CAD funds is required to hold space when a reservation is done 60 days prior to your departure. Full payment is required when a reservation is made within 60 days of departure. Payments can be made to Volare Vacations with a valid Canadian credit card, e-transfers, or a travel agency cheque. There may be a surcharge when using other non- Canadian credit cards and additional documents will be required prior to your reservation being processed.

It is the responsibility of the travel agency to inform their clients of the proper and valid travel documents required when visiting a foreign country. A valid Canadian passport is the only reliable and universally accepted travel document. Certain countries require that the passport be valid for six months beyond the date of your client’s return to Canada. Travelers who are Canadian Landed or have a PR Card with foreign passports are responsible at their own expense to obtain all visa and any other documents required for their trip regardless of their Canadian status and are fully responsible to obtain these prior to their trip. Travelers who fail to obtain their valid travel documents may be denied boarding or entry by the authorities, without further recourse or the possibility of a refund.

Change fees and cancellation penalties.
Change fees will be advised at the time that changes are made and accepted by the suppliers. The standard cancellation policy is $300 per person if cancelled more than 59 days prior to departure. However, this amount can change based on the various suppliers and their terms and conditions as per their tariffs.

This fee is liquidated damages to compensate Volare Vacations for prepayments made in advance for booking your travel service and administrative costs involved in processing your cancellation. Please note certain travel services like hotels and cars are 100% non-refundable and are not subject to the above penalty schedule. There are no refunds on any unused travel services whatsoever. Once your reservation is confirmed, any changes made by you will result in a service fee of $100 per change per passenger on a revision.

Travel Insurance.
Volare Vacations strongly recommends that all travelers review the purchase trip cancellations and health insurance to ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of the traveler when confirming the trip, in case of any cancellation penalty, loss of property, or liability of medical treatment during the trip. Please consult Volare Vacations for insurance premium. If Volare Vacations does not receive payment for the insurance at the time of final payments, it will be deemed that the clients have declined coverage.

By sending a deposit towards the trip purchase and completing the traveler information form, clients certify that they do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard to themself or to other travelers and clients have received all necessary vaccinations. Please consult with a travel clinic or your family doctor. Travelers requiring special assistance due to physical condition must advise Volare Vacations in writing at the time of booking. Standards of living and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, sanitary services, and the grading of hotel accommodation vary considerably from one country to another as well as by regions. In foreign countries, the uninterrupted supply of water, electricity, local health conditions, level of security, and standard of food/beverages may differ from those enjoyed at home. In tropical climates, insects and other bugs are commonly found both inside and outside the hotels, illness and inconvenience resulting from this and other services provided and or omitted at your destination are beyond the reasonable control of Volare Vacations and hence we do not accept any responsibility.

The cost of all trips listed herein is based on travelers agreeing to this limitation of liability. To be eligible to take a trip with Volare Vacations travelers must accept each and all terms and conditions herein and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death, or damage to them, their family, or their dependents arising in connection with their participation on the trips. Travelers must have their own insurance appropriate to the needs of their family and or dependents in respect of such loss, injury, death, or damages. Although Volare Vacations endeavors to choose appropriate independent suppliers to provide travel services on the trips, Volare Vacations does not control their operations and therefore make these travel arrangements for the service on the condition that Volare Vacations will not be held liable for any act or omission of any independent suppliers or any unrelated third party. The services provided by these suppliers are subject to the local laws where these services are provided, and any conditions imposed by these suppliers. The liability of suppliers may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets, and vouchers, and international conventions and agreements. In consideration for participating in these trips, travelers agree not to sue Volare Vacations in respect of and forever release them from liability for economic loss and physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with their trips – including without limitation, permanent disability, and death; any emotional distress; any lose of service; financial support; aid; consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property. In each case even if caused in whole or in part by the conduct, including the negligence of Volare Vacations, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by reckless or fraudulent conduct or the part of Volare Vacations or its employee, in which case the liability will be limited to the cost of the trip and nothing more. Volare Vacations and/or its agents act only as agents for the travelers in all matters pertaining to their trip and shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, cost expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our / or the supplier’s control including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, floods, earthquakes, weather conditions, or act or restraints imposed by local government authorities.

No person other than a Volare Vacations authorized representative may vary a document in writing in an addition or to waive any terms and conditions in this document, including any terms or conditions set forth in the preceding provisions. A written notice of all claims accompanied by a receipt, reports, and other documents pertaining to the claim must be received within 14 days after the return of your client’s trip. If the information is not received within the time frame, your request will be denied, and the file will be closed.

Travelers agree that Volare Vacations is the trustee of the respective rights under this limitation of liability which will apply to all travelers and will be governed by the travel laws in the province of Ontario, Canada.
